The course provides a nationally recognised and vocationally specific qualification with which to enter employment or to progress to higher education such as a degree in business and/or management or an associated specialist field. The Business BTEC programme of study includes a variety of types of business activity such as accounting, administration, finance, human resource management and marketing. Students that apply for the Foundation Diploma/Extended Diploma will also have the opportunity to apply to join the Business Career Ready Academy which enables you to gain masterclasses through a programme of guru lectures, business mentoring and a six-week internship.
