Colchester Institute will be running a series of employer information webinars and breakfast events for our Professional Business Apprenticeship programmes this academic year.
These events and webinars will be an opportunity for you as an employer to find out how the journey could develop your team and support training and development needs.
These apprenticeships would be suitable for upskilling your team and also recruiting new staff!
Recent research carried out by the St Martins Group in liaison with City & Guilds, NCFE and The Centre for Economics and Business concluded that an apprentice provides a net value addition to an organisation of £2,496 during their training. Further research found retention rates for employers of apprentices was 98% therefore greatly reducing future training costs for employers.
