Level 3 Advanced Microsoft Word

Microsoft Office – Microsoft Word Level 2

The Advanced Microsoft Word Level 3 aims to provide delegates with skills in integrating text and graphics, producing complex documents with the use of advanced layout and structural and presentation tools, and creating on-line forms.

Who Is The Course Aimed At?

Delegates with a good all-round knowledge of Word who are interested in gaining particular expertise in desktop publishing and handling long documents in Word.

Entry Requirements

Delegates should have a sound knowledge of Word, with mouse use, preferably having previously attended the Intermediate course.

Level 2 Intermediate Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Office – Microsoft Excel Level 2

This course looks at some of the formulas and functions that can be used in Excel, including ones that allow you to link Spreadsheets.

Who Is The Course Aimed At?

This workshop is aimed at those who have been using Excel for a while and now want to take their skills to the next level.

Intermediate Excel Course Objectives

  • Being able to use AutoSum to produce calculations
  • Using addition, subtraction, multiply and divide
  • Being able to format a spreadsheet to improve it’s appearance
  • Preparing a Spreadsheet for printing
  • Being able to save and share a workbook
  • Being able to show data in a Chart format

The Microsoft Excel Level 4 course is designed for people who want to take their skills on to the next level having previously completed a Level 3 course.  It will progress on the skills learnt in order to set up a Dashboard for interacting with the data in a user friendly manor.
