Electrical Installations NVQ L3 C&G 2357 – Bolt-On qualification

This course is designed for candidates who wish to complete the City & Guilds 2357 NVQ Level 3 with an aim to becoming a JIB registered electrician.

Aimed at Candidates with an existing Level 3 C&G 2330 and C&G 2365, successful completion of the NVQ and AM2 assessment will satisfy the entry criteria for JIB accredited electricians. A copy of your C&G 2330 certificate will be required on registration.

Site Diary – This part of the course is wholly completed in the workplace

  • Unit 315 Planning, preparing and installing wiring systems and associated equipment in buildings, structures and the environment (ELTP04) 133
  • Unit 316 Terminating and connecting conductors, cables and flexible cords in electrical systems (ELTP05) 144
  • Unit 317 Inspecting, testing, commissioning and certifying electrotechnical systems and equipment in buildings, structures and the environment (ELTP06) 149
  • Unit 318 Diagnosing and correcting electrical faults in electrical systems and equipment in buildings, structures and the environment (ELTP07)

  • Unit 399 Electrotechnical occupational competence (ELT OC1)
