Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) Changeover/Re-assessment

CoNGLP1, PD, RPH and LAV – Core changeover from natural gas to LPG core in Permanent Dwellings, Residential Park Homes and Leisure Accommodation Vehicles.

Changeover to LPG from Natural Gas

This is an upgrade of an existing natural gas core qualification in order to enable work to be carried out on LPG.

The standard training package for CONGLP1 also prepares the candidate to be assessed on:

PD – Permanent Dwellings

RPH – Residential Park Homes

LAV – Leisure Accommodation Vehicles

HTRLP2 – Closed Flue gas fires

Training is over 2 days followed by a 1 day assessment (an extra ½ day assessment is required if you require HTRLP2.)

Course outcome/qualification:

To extend/renew your core competences to work on Liquefied Petroleum Gas installations and retain or apply for Gas Safe registration within this scope of work.

Pre-requisite knowledge/qualification:

Candidates must currently hold and provide evidence of existing domestic or commercial Core Natural Gas Safety qualification.

CCN1 Core Domestic Natural Gas Safety.
COCN1 Core Commercial Natural Gas Safety.
