Key Event Information
Purpose of the Event
To encourage year 10 school students to consider an apprenticeship within your industry. If you have any apprentices within your business then please bring them along with you.
Eligibility to Exhibit
Exhibiting at this event is offered free of charge. We welcome both employers who offer apprenticeship placements as well as apprenticeship training providers.
Your stand
We will supply you with a table (approx. 1.5m wide) and a chair for each member of your staff. There will be room for you to bring two standard width pop-up banners. Please bring a tablecloth if you have one.
Refreshments
Tea and coffee will be available throughout the event.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on-site.
Lunch
A light lunch will be provided in a 30 minute break.
Event Audience
All year 10 students from eight Braintree-district schools will attend the event. Due to space constraints, we will move students around the event in approximate 15 minute intervals.
Electrical Equipment
Please ensure that any electrical devices have a valid PAT certificate.
Photography
We will be taking photos of the event. Please alert a member of staff if you would not like to be part of this.

8:30 – 9:00: Set-up
9:00 – 15:00: Apprenticeship Information Event
15:00 – 16:00: Break-down
