The Spectator Safety Skills Bootcamp is designed to fast-track learners into paid work within the live events and sports security sector. Developed in partnership with Protac Security, this programme responds directly to employer demand for qualified, competent spectator safety staff across football stadiums and major events.
This flexible bootcamp supports individuals who are unemployed, economically inactive, or seeking additional income to gain the Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety, a mandatory qualification for working at many sporting venues. Learners benefit from a blend of professional training, workplace experience, and personal development support, ensuring they are fully prepared for real-world event environments.
On completion, people will be ready to work on a self-employed basis, with guaranteed contract opportunities available through Protac Security and other employers. This programme not only builds technical competence but also confidence, employability, and long-term earning potential.
