APM Project Management Qualification – Level 4

The APM Project Management qualification is a knowledge-based qualification. It enables you to demonstrate knowledge of all elements of project management. You’ll be able to demonstrate an understanding of how these elements interact and how your project fits into your strategic and commercial environment.

This qualification is for those wanting to participate in projects of all sizes. You’ll typically have some pre-existing project management knowledge. It’s the ideal next step for anyone holding the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification

Delivery Options

Delegates would be expected to attend an online delivery session with their course tutor in either a 1-1 or group setting at least once per month with sessions lasting 4 hours. Delegates will have access to a bespoke online learning platform to access all of their course resources at any time at the click of a button. Modules include:

  • Setting up for project success
  • Preparing for change
  • People and behaviours in the context of projects
  • Planning and managing project deployment

By selecting this route you will receive all of your training and your APM study guide with one exam sitting included. The exam will be booked by us (at our venue) at a time convenient for you.
