Guidance on Uploading Exams Results
This page will provide you with guidance notes on how to upload your exam results on GCSE results day – Thursday 25th August 2022.
On the day a link to upload your documents will be found below, and also further down the page. We recommend that you read the guidance and watch the how to video if you are unsure about any part of the process.
You have been asked to upload your Exam Results to support your application and it is important that you do this using the enrolment link in your email.
You can upload a photograph of any paper-based exam results you have received, or a screenshot of any results you have received electronically, but in all cases please check that your name and grade received are clearly visible.
You can do this on Results Day, as soon as you receive them. Any documents or photographs that you have already uploaded will show below.
How to upload your Exam Results
To upload Exam results they must be stored on the device you are currently using. Please ensure that they are of clear quality, and that your name and grade achieved is clearly visible.
Click on the drop-down menu under Evidence Type and choose ‘Proof of Qualification’.
Click on ‘Choose Files’, select the copies of results you wish to upload, click ‘Upload’.
Please note, you can upload multiple Exam results documents at once.
Once you have uploaded your Exam results, they will appear in the middle of this page. Please click on them to view and ensure that they are of clear quality, and your name and grade achieved is clearly visible.
If you have previously uploaded your photograph for your ID card and your proof of identity, please skip the steps below and log out, as this stage is now complete. You will receive notification of your next steps by email shortly, so please keep checking your emails.
