Introduction to Risograph Printing

This 1 day workshop will introduce you to risograph printing and is ideal for those who are new to the technique.

The risograph combines the principles of screenprinting with those of the photocopier, being designed to allow the speedy production of multiple copies. Over the past few years risograph printing has gained popularity in the art and design world and is now used as a creative tool and method of production by designers, printmakers, artists and illustrators alike.

The workshop will take you through the capabilities and possibilities of this printing method and guide you through creating artwork for a three colour print. At the end of the workshop you will have a basic and practical understanding of risograph printing; you’ll also be able to print a limited print run (10 copies) of your A4 risograph design to take away with you.

There are no formal entry requirements other than a willingness to learn and an interest in printmaking.

We do not currently have a start date for this course, please click on the ‘Register an Interest’ button and we will contact you when we have a start date.

*This course is not available to learners under 18.

This short course is not government funded, therefore low income or unemployment fee waivers are not available and additional learning support cannot be provided.
