Students told to aim high this November
Colchester Institute is inviting those interested in continuing their education to an Open Event this November in order to discuss the study choices available to them in further and higher education.
The annual, autumn, Open Event is taking place on Wednesday 9th November, 4pm-7pm and Thursday 10th November, 4pm-7pm at The College at Braintree, and Saturday 12th November, 10am – 1pm, Wednesday 16th November, 4pm – 8pm and Thursday 17th November, 4pm – 8pm, at the Sheepen Road, Colchester Campus.
Open Events are an excellent chance to visit the College and to learn more about further and higher education programmes on offer. Visitors will also have the opportunity to find out about finance, bursaries and transport options.
The autumn Open Event is for anyone who is looking to start a course in September 2012 and are particularly beneficial to school students in Year 11. Staff will be available to talk about the wide range of further and higher education programmes, and support, on offer at the College.
Visitors will have the opportunity to talk to members of staff from each of the Centres of Study covering the wide variety of vocational subjects.
