To consider and recommend to the Board, the pay and conditions of service for all staff except senior post holders, to approve and monitor staff development activities, to approve and monitor policies for Child Protection, Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities including specifically the Disability Discrimination Act, and to consider in detail the constitution of the Students' Union and student related matters.
