Types of Study

Full Time:

Colchester Institute offers a wide range of Higher Education and Further Education courses for you to choose from. You would normally be expected to attend classes or lectures at one of the college campuses between three-five times per week.

Part-Time:

The College offers a range of courses available on a part-time basis. The main difference between a full-time and part-time course is the number of hours spent in college, this could range from one evening to two days per week. 

Apprenticeships:

Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships are open to anyone from the age of 16+. They will provide you with the opportunity to work, earn and learn at the same time. It's full-time employment with great career prospects!
