This course is available on a company basis only

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a relatively new concept.  It benefits managers by helping them to recognise the impact of their communications on the attitudes, motivations and performance of their teams and individuals.  This one day session seeks to help managers begin the process of adapting the way they think and communicate to have a more powerful and inspiring effect on their team.

Course Objectives/Key Benefits:

Delegates will learn how to use the principles of Neuro Linguistic Programming to communicate in a more effective, motivating and inspirational way.

On completion, delegates will have a greater understanding of:
