Course Description:
Food Safety is an important issue in any food business and problems such as food poisoning or contamination, can be attributed to lack of training and poor understanding. Food legislation requires that all food handlers undertake training and keep their knowledge up-to-date with a refresher course at least every three years. This course is designed to meet the requirements of legislation and practical needs of organisations.
