Course Description:

This course looks at financial awareness on a more strategic level.  It gives key tips on identifying how figures are manipulated and how to assess real business performance.

  • Analysing in depth the profit and loss account and balance sheet
  • Using key ratios for organisational performance
  • Internal and external financial and business analysis

  • Implementing financial strategy
  • Ten steps to a successful business plan
  • More effective forecasting and budgeting
  • Communicating financially
  •

Participative, lively and draws on the presenter's practical experience in businesses of all sizes/sectors.  Delegates are encouraged to use their own experiences to keep the session relevant to their real needs.
