Course Description:

This J.I.B. qualification endorses the City and Guilds Emta NVQ Level 3 qualification.

Who the Course is Aimed at:

Installation electricians or apprentices wishing to achieve the NVQ in electrical installations.

Course Content:

On completion delegates will be able to:

  • Complete a composite installation
  • Carry out a visual inspection of the above
  • Complete inspection and testing of the above
  • Perform safe isolation of the installation
  • Carry out fault diagnostics and rectification

Entry Requirements:

Candidates will either be or preparing to be working towards NVQ 2356 Level 3
