Course Description:
The course is ideal for students who want to develop front of house supervisory skills combined with practical work. It covers a wide range of topics including interpersonal skills, sales, team development and restaurant/reception supervision. The course is predominantly practical and focuses around the College's public restaurant. However, evidence and assessments can be organised through the workplace by agreement with the course tutor. There is assignment work throughout the year to support your portfolio of evidence
