Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery
Course Description:
This course is designed for students who are enthusiastic about cookery and want to improve their career prospects in a fastmoving industry. Practical work is recorded in course documents. Assessments will take place when each individual is ready. Practical assessments can also take place in the workplace by arrangement.
Learning activities include practical work centred around evidence gathering and assessments in the kitchen. Tutorials and tracking sessions will help students compile their own workbook that will help when completing underpinning knowledge questions.
Entry Requirements:
Will probably be employed within the catering industry. Possible accreditation of prior learning. Some evidence from the workplace may be accepted.
