NCFE Level 2 Customer Relations
Course Description:
This course appeals to those who are already working in customer relations as well as those who are considering doing so in the future. It is suitable for people wishing to work in established organisations such as retail outlets, schools, hospitals, fast food outlets, restaurants, warehouses or building sites, as well as those who may wish to offer their services voluntarily.
Students will work in small groups to carry out activities that contribute to units including: Delivering Excellent Customer Service; Meeting the Needs of the Organisation; Improving Organisational Performance; Developing Customer Service Skills.
