Course Description:
This course appeals to both those who are already carrying out voluntary work as well as those who are considering doing so in the future. It is suitable for people wishing to volunteer in an established organisation such as schools or hopsitals, as well as those who may wish to offer their services to a charity.
Students will work in small groups and carry out activities that contribute to completing two units: Preparing and Working as a Volunteer, and Personal Skills Development and Teamwork for Volunteers.
Entry Requirements:
This course is available to all learners who are 16 years of age and over.
