14-16 year olds Vocational Provision

The college has been offering 14 -16 provision for five years and has seen a high percentage of success rates. It is in partnership with fifteen local schools in the area. The courses on offer to selected 14-16 Vocational Pathways students include:

Certificate in Salon Services level 1 (Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy)
This is offered at Colchester and both Clacton Campuses.

City & Guilds 6217-01 Certificate in Basic Construction Skills Level 1 - Trowel Occupations
This is offered at Colchester and Thomas Road Clacton Campuses

Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Skills Level 1
This course is offered at Colchester campus.

City & Guilds 6217-01 Certificate in Basic Construction Skills Level 1-Plumbing and Electrical 
This is offered at the Clacton Church Road Campus

IMI Level 1 Award in Automotive Pre-Vocational Learning Light Vehicle Route
This is offered at Thomas Road Clacton Campus.

14-16 Engagement Programme
This is offered at Colchester Campus.

Students will attend a taster session and interview prior to being accepted on their Vocational course.
