The Learning Centre @ Colchester offers courses specialising in IT, English and maths under the provision of Learn Direct; Learn Direct offers hundreds of online courses designed so that you can learn at a time and place that suit your individual needs.  The courses are online which means you can log on anywhere, place or time to progress with your studies; they range from learning how to use your computer from home, to gaining nationally recognized qualifications to help with career development.

As well as being a training centre, The Learning Centre is part of the Learning Shop @ Colchester which is an information point to members of the public seeking general information and advice on courses, careers and other academic issues.
